Some Party Policies, please read up!

  • Sorry, no outside food, chips, pizza, juice, water or soda. Outside food not approved will be charged $50. Questions what's allowed, ask us!
  • Cake, Ice Cream, Fruit & Veggies Trays- Bring them if you got them!
  • Special diet requests?  Please call us and let us know.
  • Party cake plates, cups,napkins, sporks provided.
  • Please call 24-48 hours prior to your party to place additional food orders to ensure availability
  • Your food will be delivered 30 to 45 minutes after the start of your party.
  • Once your party is booked, and a deposit is paid you will receive a confirmation in person, or via email.  Any changes to your party date or time will be acknowledged via another confirmation. If you DO NOT receive one, or need to correct any errors, please call us immediately!  We want to ensure your party is fun for everyone including you!
  • Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early for check in.
  • Additional order on the day of your party must be requested at the front check in counter.  This is to insure you get your special party discount.
  • All guests will be counted in the party package if they decide to play or not. Because of game area is mostly set to free play it would he very difficult to tell paid from unpaid. Play Port was designed for everyone to have a great time.  We feel confident that all your party guests will have a great time!  

Party Rules

  • We do not provide discounts or refunds for lack of attendance or guest no shows.
  • Late check in will not be given extended time due to other party bookings.
  • Every guest that attends the party is counted in the package pricing/additional guest pricing, whether playing or not.
  • Each child under 4 must be accompanied by a parent. The child will not be counted but the parent will be. This applies to one child with one parent, if you are bringing more than one child under the age of 4, we will count the additional kids in package. 1 parent: 1 child
  • Please no crock pots, indoor grills or roasters, etc. 
  • No Silly String, glitter or piñatas. (Room is already decorated)
  • We ask that an adult(s) is/are present on the game floor/golf area to help ensure guests are following arcade rules and listening to the floor attendant. If children can not follow rules or play nicely, their game time will be revoked (without refund, credit, or discount). Please keep in mind, of other non-party guests enjoying our facility.
  • Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your party 10 or more days ahead of your party date. We will issue a deposit credit via gift card. If it is less than  10 days, you forfeit your deposit entirely. We will not issue cash refunds. Sorry, no exceptions.
